Our clinic is community-based and Haitian led.

Only 5% of the rural Haitian population has access to primary healthcare services. The Clinic la Déliverance, located in the rural area of Jean Michel, provides quality health care to those that need it most.

Our doctor, Camy Duchemine, and licensed practical nurse, Anna-Rose, are able to treat:

• Minor emergencies
• Skin conditions
• Infectious diseases
• Malnutrition
• Diabetes
• HIV
• and much more!

A rarity for many clinics, the Clinic la Déliverance has many medications, IV hydration, and lab equipment available for patients. We ask that patients pay a small fee of $1 US, if able.

Our staff provides home-care services to those who are unable to travel to the clinic. If a patient’s needs cannot be met at the clinic, they are sent to Sacré Coeur Hospital in Milot, Haiti. Empowering Haiti provides funds to pay for the hospital when the patient cannot afford to.
