Empowering Haiti Launches New Website

Empowering Haiti is unveiling a completely redesigned and rebranded website. The website was a highly-anticipated project for our board members and is expected to provide a clean, uncluttered design that enhances the impact of our mission.

The new website will serve as a platform to highlight Empowering Haiti’s three empowering pillars — Healthcare, Nutrition, and Economic Development.

• Healthcare:  Clinic la Déliverance is our clinic in Jean Michel, Haiti.  Haitian doctors, nurses, and staff provide primary care, minor emergency care, and medicine to patients in need.
• Nutrition:  Almost 81% of Jean Michel’s population does not receive a daily meal. To decrease this staggering number, our staff provides nutritious meals to children, seniors, at-risk adults, and pregnant or nursing mothers.
• Economic Development:  When women succeed, it creates a powerful ripple effect that is felt in families, schools, and communities.  Our program has empowered over 300 Haitian women to become entrepreneurs for their families.
